Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary Project Coordinator
Corvinus University of Budapest is Hungary’s leading university in the field of economic and social sciences, boasting two international accreditations (AMBA, AACSB). The university actively participates in regional and European educational and research grants, including those from the Visegrad Fund. Our Team

Zsolt Matyusz
Zsolt Matyusz is Habil. Associate Professor and Program Director of MSc in Supply Chain Management from Corvinus University of Budapest. He has qualifications in human resources development, logistics and case study methodology, actively coaching and mentoring students for international business case competitions. He also participated in several international research collaborations. As project coordinator he is responsible for overseeing project implementation, coordinating activities with partner institutions, and co-developing the innovative methodology for the creative workshops.

Judit Gáspár
Judit Gáspár, PhD. is an associate professor and Head of the Decision Sciences Department at the Corvinus University of Budapest, lecturing on Decision-Making Skills and Decision Techniques, with research interests in foresight, participatory and reflexive methodologies. She is involved in research programmes such as Ecological Horizon Scanning: Hungary 2050; Mobilising Corporate Foresight Potential among V4 Countries; Community Engaged Research and Learning (CERL); and is a founder of Corvinus Science Shop, to support community-based research. She is a member of the Foresight European Network.

Adrienn Munkácsi
Adrienn Munkácsi, PhD. is an assistant professor at CUB in the Department of Supply Chain Management. Her research focuses on the competencies expected of recent graduates in the supply chain field. Lecturing on Decision Techniques, Solving Strategic Problems, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Services and Global Leadership for Master students. Her objectives are to develop and improve students' competencies and give feedback to students. Furthermore, her aims include greater international cooperation, faculty networking, and exchanging ideas and experiences with colleagues from other countries.
Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce (JKU)
The JKU is the flagship institution of higher learning in the Świętokrzyskie Province. It consists of 6 faculties (Faculty of Arts, Collegium Medicum, Faculty of Education and Psychology, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Faculty of Natural Sciences) and two out-of-town branches (in Piotrkow Trybunalski and Sandomierz). There are about 12,000 students currently studying at the JKU, including international students. The mission of the JKU is to collectively contribute to the society common good by conducting a highly specialized research and comprehensive education. The core values of the JKU are the universal values, including good, wisdom, truth, and respect for the rules of humanism, democracy and tolerance. The guiding principle of the academic community is the constant quest for the truth based on the freedom of research and education. The project will be executed in the Department of Management.
Our Team

Beata Poteralska Assoc Prof., Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce, Poland. Research interests and experience in human resource management, foresight and Futures Literacy. Engaged in co-designing foresight and FL-based methodologies intended for educational activities, and creating and facilitating the innovation sessions, creative workshops, experiments in creative reflection exercises, such as Futures Literacy Labs developed by the UNESCO Futures Literacy Project, brainstorming sessions within Erasmus projects. Author and co-author of over 100 publications. V4 project team manager at UJK.
Joanna Labedzka Ph.D., Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Researcher and expert in applied computer science, AI, foresight, and process design. Author and co-author of foresight and Futures Literacy-based methodologies implemented in national and European foresight projects. Certified in foresight roadmapping (University of Cambridge) and in facilitating innovative workshops (University of Southampton). Involved in national and international research projects. Author of over 100 scientific publications. In the V4 project, responsible for methodology development and workshop facilitation.
Katarzyna Brozek Ph.D., Deputy Director for Academic Affairs and Teaching at the Institute of Management at the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce. National expert in the following fields of expertise: HRM, V4 innovation. A scholarship holder of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Contractor of research projects, currently involved in COST Action CA21166. The author of 6 monographs and over 100 scientific articles/chapters of international and national papers.
MSc Paweł Wójtowicz, Senior IT Specialist at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. He conducts academic courses in information technologies applied in business, the economy, management, and logistics. Within the project, he is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of the website.
Tomas Bata University, Czechia
Tomas Bata University is an open and flexible higher education institution, developed in accordance with five central values: entrepreneurship, openness, usefulness, creativity and responsibility. This is also one of the reasons why TBU counts among the first higher education institutions in the Czech Republic to be awarded the institutional accreditation.

The team involved in the project

Eva Hoke
Ing. Eva Hoke, Ph.D. has been working at the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, specifically at the Department of Crisis Management, since 2005. She is involved in teaching courses such as Economics, Human Resource Management, and Economics of Crisis Situations. Her research and publication activities focus on human resource management, capacity crises, and the sustainability of the human factor. As part of the project, she is contributing to the development of a competency model for logistics, with an emphasis on soft and hard skills in the logistics profession. She will also be actively involved in the development of an original methodology for creative workshops, based on foresight principles and Futures Literacy methods. These workshops will aim to support the acquisition and development of future-oriented competencies.

Romana Heinzová
Ing. Romana Heinzová, Ph.D. works at the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, specifically at the Department of Logistics. She teaches the courses Logistics Systems, Production Systems and Operations Management. Her research and publication activities focus on Lean Management, Green Logistics and Production. As part of the project, she contributes to the development of a competency model for logistics. She will also actively participate in the development of an original methodology for creative workshops, based on the principles of foresight and Futures Literacy methods. These workshops will focus on supporting the acquisition and development of future-oriented competencies.

Lucie Macurová
Lucie Macurová, Ph.D. works at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Information Systems since 2006 and is currently an assistant professor. In 2022, she received the professional qualification of Specialist in Ergonomics from the Research Institute of Occupational Safety, Prague, Czech Republic. She is a member of the Czech Ergonomics Association, z.s. Her research and publication activities are focused primarily on ergonomics, local muscle tension, logistics, green logistics, material flow management, and related logistics and production processes. At FaME TBU, she is a member of the "First People" research team focused on organizational knowledge and improving organizational performance by supporting knowledge sharing. As part of the Competences for Future Logistics project in the V4 countries, she participates in research on a competency model for logistics with an emphasis primarily on soft but also hard skills in the logistics profession. She is actively involved in the development of an original methodology for creative workshops, based on the principles of foresight and future literacy. She is involved in the modification of the methodology for the national workshop and its adaptation to the needs of the international creative workshop. She will be the moderator of the national workshop at FaME TBU. These workshops will aim to support the acquisition and development of future-oriented competencies.

Aleš Kunčar
Aleš Kunčar works at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, specifically at the Faculty of Management and Economics. He specializes on statistics and data processing, with an emphasis on their practical use in the field of economics and management. He teaches Computerized Data Processing and Basics of Quantitative Methods, in which he teaches students the practical basics of quantitative analysis and data handling. In the project, he focuses on statistical data processing and subsequent interpretation to promote understanding of the information obtained. He will also be involved in the preparation of a national workshop.
University of Zilina, Slovakia

Our Team
Ing. Ľuboslav Dulina, PhD. He is a long-time research and teaching staff member of the department. His work in industrial engineering focuses on ergonomics and work analysis and measurement. His research targets workplace design to reduce health risks and enhance work dynamics, as well as developing new methods for assessing workload. He specializes in predetermined time systems, especially in the automotive industry. He leads and participates in national and international research projects and serves as deputy head for research and international relations.

Prof. Ing. Martin Krajčovič, PhD. He is a long-standing academic and research staff member of the department. He focuses on logistics, inventory and distribution management, optimization of material flows, design of production and logistics systems, and the application of virtual and augmented reality technologies in industrial environments. He serves as the principal investigator and co-investigator of several national and international grant projects. He has extensive experience in leadership and people management. At the faculty, he has held the positions of Vice-Dean for Educational Activities and Head of Department.

Assoc. prof. Beáta Furmannová, PhD. She is a research and teaching staff member of the department. In the field of industrial engineering, she focuses on the design of assembly systems and logistics using virtual reality tools based on the digital enterprise concept, as well as on operations and project management. Her work also includes methods and tools for process and productivity improvement. She is a principal investigator of several national and international grant projects and has participated in numerous industry-related projects. She currently serves as the Deputy Head of Department for Educational Activities.

In the past, he made a significant contribution to the application of stereoscopic recordings in industrial engineering. He is the principal investigator of several grant projects and has participated in numerous industry-related projects. He has extensive experience in leadership and people management. At the department, he served as Deputy Head for Educational Activities and currently holds the position of Head of Department.
